The Chicago Police Department has issued a missing person alert for 68-year-old Elias Perez, who was last seen on August 5, 2024, in the neighborhood of the 2800 block of W. 63rd St., according to the Chicago Police Department. The notice describes Perez as a Hispanic male with brown eyes, gray hair, and a medium complexion, standing at 5’05 and weighing 180 pounds.
Concerned for his safety, the Chicago Police Department detailed that Perez was wearing a yellow windbreaker jacket, black sweatpants, and sandals when last seen. It has been noted that Perez speaks Spanish and is unfamiliar with the area, which could pose difficulties in his navigating or seeking assistance.
