The Apache County community is on high alert after the Arizona Department of Public Safety issued a Silver Alert for Daniel Burdick, a 39-year-old man reported missing since the morning of August 11. Described as a white male, with blonde hair, blue eyes, and standing 6 feet 2 inches tall, Burdick was last seen driving a 2019 white Toyota Yaris with Arizona plates reading CNK0083 heading south on Highway 191 toward Springerville, as reported by the news release.
According to the St. Johns Police Department, which is spearheading the search, Burdick weighs about 185 pounds and was last spotted wearing a red Alabama baseball cap, a gray or earth tone long sleeve shirt, and shorts, he has a condition that may render him lost or easily confused which adds urgency to the search efforts.
Officer J. Richardson #105443 of St. Johns Police Department is the point of contact for this particular case; offering a direct line of communication for those who might have crucial information that could lead to Burdick’s safe return. The community is asked to keep an eye out and report any sightings or interactions with Daniel to the police at 928-551-3050 or dial 911.
