
The quiet of an early Sunday morning in Sacramento was shattered by gunfire when Sacramento Police Department officers were called to the 1500 Block of Orlando Wy, following reports of a shooting incident. According to the Sacramento Police Department's Facebook page, the call came just after 3:00 a.m., on August 25.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot and was already dead despite quick medical help. Another man, also shot, is now recovering in a hospital, and a woman with injuries from the same incident is also being treated. Investigators are now looking into what happened and talking to people in the area. The name of the deceased will be shared later after family members are informed.
As of now, no arrests have been made in connection to the shooting, and, police do not have any suspect information to release. The Sacramento Police Department is urging the public to come forward with any information that may be relevant to this case.
