The Orlando Fire Department, after receiving a call at approximately 6:30 a.m., discovered the vehicle entirely underwater, its driver conspicuously absent. A spokesperson for the department stated that upon arrival, no one was to be found inside the car, sparking an immediate search, as reported by FOX 35 Orlando.
