
Early Thursday morning, a vehicle was submerged in water near East Colonial Drive and SR-408, leading to a swift emergency response in Orange County. According to ClickOrlando, the fire rescue officials reached the accident site around 6:14 a.m. following a distress call. They found a vehicle had gone into the water, prompting an immediate rescue operation.
One individual, who was in the car at the time of the incident, was transported to the hospital. Fortunately, despite the initial lane closures, law enforcement cleared the area by 7 a.m., and regular traffic flow resumed shortly thereafter. As per footage captured by SKYFOX, and shared by FOX 35 Orlando, the scene included over a dozen law enforcement vehicles and fire trucks, a testament to the gravity of the crash.
No further details about the cause of the crash or the identity of the person involved have been released as of now.
