According to KENS 5, the fire occurred just after 3 a.m. today in the 1800 block of Krocker Way, near Ceralvo Street. Despite the early hour, no injuries were reported in the incident that has left the residents without a home.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, and while officials are working to uncover what may have sparked the flames, the San Antonio Fire Department has worked quickly to assess the damages. They estimate losses to be around $5,000, a relatively small sum that speaks to the containment efforts of the firefighters who responded on the scene.
