Georgia State Representative Devan Seabaugh was arrested on charges of driving under the influence after he allegedly hit a bicyclist in Atlanta's Grant Park neighborhood. The incident occurred late Thursday night according to a report by FOX 5 Atlanta. The Georgia State Patrol reported that troopers with the NightHawks North DUI Task Force responded to the crash on Memorial Drive at Park Avenue.
After striking the bicyclist who was in a designated bike lane, Seabaugh was taken to Atlanta City Jail.
