The Houston Police Department responded to reports of a shooting outside Club Fragrance, located at the intersection of Laura Koppe Road and Sandra Street, around 12:45 a.m. after two men's disagreement turned physical both inside and outside the venue.
Sergeant David Riggs of Houston Police Department conveyed that the altercation began inside the club and spilled into the streets with the tension still seething between the two individuals, as per a statement obtained by FOX 26 Houston; this spiraled out of control, leaving one man injured by gunfire, and the other is yet to be apprehended as he fled before officers could arrive at the scene. The Houston Fire Department provided immediate aid, transporting the victim to the hospital in the tumultuous aftermath.
