An incident in Harris County has led to the arrest of two individuals following an alleged act of indecent exposure involving a female delivery driver. According to a post by Constable Mark Herman's Office on Facebook, a male suspect, identified as Rashawn Young, reportedly exposed himself to the driver during her routine delivery duties in the 16800 block of Shrub Oak Drive on August 13.
Initial statements gathered at the scene by deputies painted a conflicting picture Kadrian Clark, a woman present at the location, claimed that she was in the company of Young at the time, suggesting the incident did not take place, these initial claims exacerbating the complexity of the investigation. However, a thorough follow-up by the authorities unveiled inconsistencies in her account, leading to the conclusion that she was not home during the reported exposure incident.
"Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Rashawn Young was charged with Indecent Exposure. His bond was set at $1,000.00 out of County Court 14. Kadrian Clark was charged with False Report to a Police Officer. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 14," as per the information released by Constable Mark Herman's Facebook post.
