Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office apprehended a man named Robert Reeves after a report of a disturbance involving a firearm on Friday. The incident occurred in the vicinity of Cutten Road, where Reeves allegedly brandished a handgun and threatened the victim's life, mistaking them for someone who had hit his car. As deputies investigated, evidence supported the claim that Reeves pointed the weapon and issued threats, prompting his arrest.
"Robert Reeves was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. His bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 482nd District Court," Constable Mark Herman stated in a post on the official Facebook page of Precinct 4.
The announcement was made public today providing a level of detail to the charges pressed against Reeves.
