Law enforcement officials in Harris County have taken a wanted fugitive off the streets after receiving a tip about her whereabouts. Brandi Minor, who faced a felony warrant for Injury to a Child, was arrested on Thursday, following diligent efforts by deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office to locate her. While executing a warrant service in the 4000 block of Falvel Cove Drive, Minor was found and taken into custody without incident.
Constable Mark Herman took to social media to announce the successful operation, "Brandi Minor was arrested and booked in the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. Her bond was set at $40,000.00 out of the 176th District Court," Herman stated in a post on the Constable's official Facebook page.
Details about Minor’s alleged involvement in the crime that led to the injury of a child have not been released to the public. Keeping the identity and safety of the child in question protected remains a priority for the investigators.
