Harris County deputies have successfully apprehended Thomas Bartlett, a man accused of discharging a firearm at a residential property last week. The warrant service, executed in the 16300 block of DeLozier Street, was based on information received that pinpointed Bartlett's location. Constable Deputies confirmed his Felony Warrant for Deadly Conduct after an incident involving a firearm and a complainant's door, according to a Facebook post by Constable Mark Herman's Office.
"Thomas Bartlett was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Deadly Conduct Warrant. His bond was set at $15,000.00 out of the 183rd District Court," the Constable's Office announced in a Facebook post.
Previous reports on Hoodline detailed the circumstances leading to the warrant, an episode where Bartlett reportedly approached a resident's front door, claiming an invitation by someone named "Lovely Queen." When the resident, wary of the situation, declined his entry, Bartlett allegedly fired at the property, targeting the garage door. This act of aggression led to the legal case and Bartlett being identified as a suspect by law enforcement.
