A neighborhood in Harris County was the scene of a firearms discharge incident last week, prompting a response from local law enforcement. According to a Facebook post by Constable Mark Herman's Office, deputies arrived at the 23200 block of Summer Pine Drive on Sunday, following reports of criminal mischief.
During the incident, a man approached a resident's front door, claiming he was invited by someone named "Lovely Queen." The homeowner, feeling suspicious and uncomfortable, asked the man to leave. Considering the suspect as an uninvited guest, deputies reported that he fired a gun at the garage door resulting in damage before taking leave from the scene.
Further investigations led to the identification of the suspect. "Thomas Bartlett is currently wanted by law enforcement for Deadly Conduct. His bond has not been set at this time out of the 183rd District Court. If you have information regarding his whereabouts, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement," the Constable's Office announced.
The Constable made a public appeal, asking anyone with details on Thomas Bartlett's whereabouts to get in touch with the authorities. The case remains open and active as residents are on alert and the search for Bartlett continues.
