In a recent incident reported by Harris County authorities, a domestic disturbance led to the arrest of a woman accused of assaulting an elderly family member. Constable Mark Herman's office received a call regarding an altercation in the 3200 block of Stoneydale Lane. Deputies arrived on the scene and detained Analillie Moscoso, who was later identified as the suspect.
As per the official Precinct 4 Facebook page, an investigation into the matter disclosed that Moscoso had punched a senior citizen in the face, causing them pain. This victim was a member of her household and was over the age of 65, a detail that escalates the charge due to the victim's age.
In a statement obtained by the Constable Mark Herman's office, it was clarified that "Analillie Moscoso was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Injury to an Elderly Person. She is awaiting bond out of the 184th District Court."
