The bust unfolded in an alley off South Bridge St, ensnaring Dan Daniels, 34, Joseph Figuera, 21, and Nathan Ryan, 21, as they allegedly engaged in an illegal narcotics operation.
Authorities charged the three individuals with various offenses. Daniels faces charges of possession and intent to distribute Class A and B substances. Ryan is charged with possession and intent to distribute both Class A and B substances. Figuera faces charges of possession and intent to distribute Class B substances and conspiracy to violate drug laws. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
