Deputies apprehended a man for allegedly stabbing another during a dispute. According to a statement released by Constable Mark Herman's Office, the altercation took place in the 12700 block of Laurel Meadow Way. Deputies were called to the scene on Friday, where they found the victim with a stab wound.
Arriving promptly after the distress call, the deputies detained the suspect, identified as Juan Lugo. According to the statement obtained by Constable Mark Herman's Office, the verbal dispute turned violent when the victim was stabbed on the right side with a small pocket knife. The victim, whose identity remains undisclosed, was quickly transported to a local hospital for treatment.
"Juan Lugo was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon. His bond was set at $40,000.00 out of the 228th District Court." stated Constable Mark Herman.
