Responding to the shooting call, Houston police arrived at the scene and found a man, Naseli Samuel Leon Okha, 40, with multiple gunshot wounds. Together with the Houston Fire Department paramedics, they pronounced Mr. Okha deceased at the scene, wearing a black mask and armed with a weapon, the suspect's surveillance imagery was located by investigators.

Another victim, a 36-year-old male, also sustained gunshot injuries during the event and was promptly transported to an area hospital where he is reported to have incurred non-life-threatening wounds. Detectives C. Davidson and L. Brooks of the HPD Homicide Division are spearheading the investigation into the crime.

The police are actively pursuing leads and request that anyone with information concerning the suspect's identity or any details pertaining to the case should immediately contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600.
