On Monday afternoon, a garage fire erupted in the 3500 block of Oro Grande Boulevard, sending smoke and flames out of a double RV garage. According to a report by Lake Havasu City, the blaze commenced around 3:30 P.M., and bystanders were quick to notify the authorities.

Firefighters from five engine companies, one medic unit, and a battalion chief raced to the scene, battling the fire which was brought under control within 25 minutes, the city's news release stated. Fortunately, all the occupants managed to evacuate safely, and there were no injuries among the firefighters.

After extinguishing the flames, crews spent an additional two hours on-site conducting salvage operations. As of now, the cause of the fire remains under active investigation. In support of the firefighting efforts, Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) were also present at the location.
