
Las Vegas police are currently investigating the discovery of human remains found in the eastern part of the city. According to FOX5 Vegas, the decomposed body was reported to authorities last Friday near Lake Mead Boulevard and Pabco Road. Upon arrival at approximately 9:42 a.m., officers encountered a male body in an advanced state of decomposition.
An autopsy performed the next day has determined that the individual had suffered gunshot wounds to the head. In a response to quickly take over and begin a thorough investigation, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide detectives are now actively working on the case. As stated by Review Journal, the Clark County coroner’s office will release the identity of the victim, as well as the cause and manner of his death, at a later date.
