Tragedy struck on Friday evening in Ohio Township as a man was found dead with a gunshot wound following a car crash. According to WPXI, first responders were alerted to the crash on Ben Avon Heights Road near Gass Road around 6:20 p.m., where they discovered bystanders attempting resuscitation efforts on the victim.

The man, whose identity has not been disclosed, was experiencing cardiac arrest at the scene of the crash. After being transported to a local hospital, he was pronounced dead, as per the information provided by CBS Pittsburgh. His demise was confirmed just before 7:30 p.m. on the same day.
