Man Found Shot in Vehicle Outside Fort Bend County Store, Richmond Area Victim Hospitalized

Early Sunday morning, a man was discovered with a gunshot wound inside a vehicle parked outside a Fort Bend County convenience store. According to Click2Houston, the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office received a distressing call at around 5:18 a.m. from an off-duty police officer, who happened upon the injured man.

The victim, described as a Hispanic man in his thirties and, originating from the Richmond area was immediately taken to a hospital for medical attention. Despite the swift response, the current condition of the man remains undisclosed.

A separate report by FOX 26 Houston provides confirmation that the shooting took place in the 1200 block of Crabb River Road. However, authorities are yet to release further details surrounding the unfortunate event.

As the investigation progresses, officials are urging anyone with knowledge pertaining to the incident to come forward. The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office is welcoming any information related to the shooting, no matter how seemingly insignificant it might appear.
