Maricopa’s Mayor Nancy Smith featured prominently in a panel discussion on public policy and project implementation. To quickly identify and to act upon innovative ideas, Mayor Smith emphasized the importance of synergy between city officials, stating, "When city councils and managers work hand-in-hand, we unlock new potentials and pave the way for impactful changes."
