The evenings during this period will mirror each other, staying mostly clear with lows hovering around 70 degrees. The wind will retain its gentle pace, marking a southeast direction at about 5 mph during the afternoons.
By the time Tuesday rolls around, the heat is expected to notch up to sizzling tri-digit figures, reaching a high near 100 degrees. The nighttime will grant a scant respite, settling into a mostly clear state with the low around 74 degrees. Following this pattern, winds during the day will be calm but are set to make a south southeast appearance at a meager 5 mph in the afternoon.
The forecast continues this trend through Wednesday and Thursday, predicting sunny and scorching days with highs soaring to about 100-101 degrees, and partly cloudy nights with consistent lows around 74 degrees. However, a slight shift is noted for Friday with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, yet the temperature will still emphasize the week's dominant theme: hot, with a high near 98 degrees.
