The search for answers in the killing of 32-year-old Dannielle Coscino has received a new spark of potential enlightenment, with Silent Witness releasing a video that may bring investigators closer to apprehending those responsible. According to ABC15, the video contains footage of two individuals, described as Black males in their 20s, approaching Ms. Coscino moments before her death on June 8, 2021.
The investigation, still ongoing after three arduous years, remains anchored in the vicinity of 9th Avenue and Grant Street where the tragedy unfolded. One of the men in the video, authorities observe, walked with a distinctive limp, a detail that they hope, may lead to identification. Dannielle Coscino's loved ones, clutched in the grip of bereavement, continue to call for justice, stating, "We just want justice. It’s not fair that at holidays and birthdays, we’d always get together and she’s not there," Sue Coscino-Diaz, Dannielle's mother, told ABC15.
The sense of loss resonates deeply, with the victim's mother and daughter, Rian, making heartfelt pleas to the public for assistance. "I hope that they get caught and we can get justice for her because it’s not fair that we had to go three years, and have nothing," Rian said in a statement obtained by ABC15. The family's appeal stretches out into the community, hoping that those who bear the weight of knowledge will come forward.
