The Marin County Sheriff's Office has released the identity of the young man who lost his life in a tragic vehicular accident in the San Geronimo Valley. The decedent is Carlos Enrique Verdugo-Cruz, a 19-year-old resident of Petaluma, CA.
According to the Marin County Sheriff's Office, the accident occurred yesterday at approximately 8:09 AM when Verdugo-Cruz, behind the wheel of a Honda Civic, failed to negotiate a curve on Nicasio Valley Road near Sir Francis Drake Boulevard.
