The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking help from the community in their search for a missing man, Frank Dukes, aged 58, who was last observed on Wednesday, August 21. Dukes' last known location was on the 2600 block of South Bouvier Street, and concerns are rising due to his sudden disappearance, as reported by the Philadelphia Police Department.
Dukes, described as 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 233 pounds, was wearing a white t-shirt adorned with an American flag on the back, black shorts, and white sneakers when he was last seen, as detailed by the Philadelphia Police Department.
