Molnar, described as having blue eyes, brown hair, a distinct "MILA" tattoo on his neck, and a "Praying Skeleton" on his back, stands at 5’9 and weighs 220 pounds, a statement from the Philadelphia Police Department detailed.
The 38-year-old was last seen wearing a tan or beige shirt; however, his pants and footwear details remain unknown. This critical detail could help in locating him. Molnar's current whereabouts are thought to be near the 1900 block of W. Montgomery Avenue. Authorities express concern for his well-being and label him as endangered without providing specifics as to why this classification has been made.
