According to the Pittsburgh Public Safety Department, Tabitha Clark, a 13-year-old girl, was last seen on August 2, raising concerns for her welfare. Standing 5'7" tall, Tabitha has brown eyes and black hair, which may have been altered in appearance since the photo provided by authorities was taken.
Continuing, the announcement described that Tabitha often frequents the North Side, Downtown, and McKees Rocks areas. Detectives are urging anyone with knowledge pertinent to Tabitha's current whereabouts or her disappearance to come forward.
