The Pittsburgh Police Special Victims Unit has initiated a search for a missing teenager. Randall Rodgers, who is 15 years old and requires medication, was last seen in the Northview Heights area at approximately 5:30 p.m. on August 27th, according to a post by Pittsburgh Police.
