An incident at a Harris County hotel culminated in the arrest of AB McCardell, a registered sex offender, following complaints of indecent exposure. On Saturday, authorities responded to a call from the La Quinta Inn, where the alleged misconduct took place.
Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office were dispatched to the scene and proceeded to quickly detain McCardell. An investigation initiated at the site revealed that the suspect had exposed himself and was engaged in a lewd act within the hotel’s pool area, visibly in front of adult females. The deputies were able to confirm that McCardell has a history of sexual offenses, including past convictions for Indecency with a Child and Indecent Exposure.
According to the official statement released on Constable Herman's Facebook page, "AB McCardell was arrested and booked into the the Harris County Jail, charged with Indecent Exposure. His bond and court information have not been set at this time."
