A deputy from Constable Mark Herman's Office arrived at the pool at 20300 Fox Stone Lane on Sunday after receiving reports of a disturbance. The deputy thereafter detained and identified the suspect as Ashayla Davis.
An investigation into the matter revealed that Davis, after being denied access to the pool due to the lack of a pool pass, threatened the complainant with bodily harm. She then proceeded to quickly leave and return with a collective of individuals and attempted to once again threaten and assault the complainant. According to a post on Facebook by Constable Mark Herman, Davis had been previously out on a $100 bond for another Terroristic Threat charge.
This is not the first time Davis has faced charges for similar offenses. The details surrounding her previous charge were not released, but the outcome of that prior incident seemingly did not deter the reported behavior on Sunday. "Ashayla Davis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Terroristic Threat. Her bond was set at $500.00 out of County Court 1," stated Constable Mark Herman in the same Facebook post.
The particulars of Davis's case are yet to be fully disclosed. The constable's office has yet to release further details on the complainant or the exact nature of the threats made.
