Two individuals have been apprehended following a deadly altercation in Wilmerding on Wednesday, as per police reports. Jackiel Young, 19, and Lynell Wilson-Smith, 18, are currently facing severe repercussions including charges of criminal homicide and robbery. The violent incident unfolded near State Street and Lilac Way around 2:11 pm, according to WPXI.
At the scene, authorities discovered a man who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate arrival of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the location.
