According to the Everman Emergency Services, the first responders included Engine 23, Truck 19, Engine 59, Engine 35, Battalion 23, and Chief 190 who tackled the blaze that had swiftly begun to spread to the main living area.
The crews reportedly engaged in an offensive fire attack to quickly contain the flames. The prompt action by the units resulted in limited damage to the living space of the home. Amid the emergency, firefighters were able to rescue two pets. It was confirmed that there were no injuries to civilians or firefighters during this incident.
