The chase began around 1 p.m. Wednesday when Tennessee officers pursued a black Chevy Tahoe reported stolen from Bowling Green, Kentucky, on Tuesday According to the Christian County Sheriff's Office, the chase proceeded into their jurisdiction, at which time the Tennessee officers ceased their ground pursuit, however, a Nashville police helicopter maintained visual on the vehicle providing updates to Kentucky deputies as the chase ensued further into the Bluegrass State, the involved law enforcement agencies finally managed to stop Duley without incident, as detailed by WNKY.
Duley, who had been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database for charges of violating a court order and aggravated assault out of Tennessee, was identified as the driver after the stolen vehicle was apprehended.
