First responders found a 56-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was quickly transported to a local hospital by Mayo Ambulance, where he remains under medical care. Another individual, a 29-year-old male, had also been shot in the lower abdomen but managed to transport himself to the hospital. He was treated for his injuries and subsequently released.
