Earlier this week, a call about a suspicious individual prompted an immediate response from law enforcement to the 14300 block of Torrey Chase Blvd. According to a Facebook post by Constable Mark Herman's Office, deputies arrived to investigate the disturbance.
It did not take long for the deputies to identify the man in question, who was eventually recognized as Paul Cline. Databases revealed more than just his identity — Cline was wanted for theft under a felony warrant. "Paul Cline was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant," Constable Mark Herman disclosed.
While Constable Herman confirmed the arrest, bond for Paul Cline had not been set at the time, pending further court proceedings. The case will be managed in the 338th District Court, where the specifics of the theft and any additional charges will likely become public record.
