Officers and detectives have added a new accessory to their official appearance, customized western boots, crafted to coincide with straw and felt hats that have been a part of their attire since last year. The boots, designed to complement the city's western heritage and official badges, were provided courtesy of Fenoglio Boot Company, based in Nocona, Texas, an establishment renowned for its hand-crafted western footwear.
According to the White Settlement Police Department, each boot has been individually tailored with the officer's rank, a testament to the department's appreciation for attention to detail and custom-tailoring. Fenoglio Boot Co. has been recognized specifically for its exceptional craftsmanship, with the project managed by a team including Caiden Fenoglio, the Purchasing Officer; Kayla Smith, the Manager; and Trey Hellinger, the Plant Superintendent, who all contributed to bringing this apparel project to life.
The support for this unique initiative came directly from the community with donations ensuring that every interested officer received a pair of these distinctive boots.
