Residents keen on participating in the clear-out will need to arm themselves with a driver's license and the most current City of White Settlement residential water bill as proof of residence. The event has made it clear that each resident is entitled to one drop-off per monthly cleanup event with the opening times from 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday and 8 am to noon on Sunday. Planning is essential and patience might be too, because the popularity of the event is undeniable, and, as such, the dumpsters might reach their fill sooner than the clock strikes the closing hour.
While the event is a boon for the disposal of items like limbs, brushes, and bulky items, it stops short of accepting appliances and hazardous waste.
