
The authorities reported a juvenile handgun arrest in the Southwest District on the evening of August 31. According to a post by the Baltimore Police Department, a 17-year-old male was apprehended during an investigation in the 500 block of Loudon Avenue around 7:30 p.m.

Police officers, who were part of the Southwest District Action Team, were conducting an operation when they encountered and arrested the suspect. Detectives managed to promptly recover two handguns with ammunition from the adolescent male, whose identity has not been disclosed due to his minor status.
The suspect was subsequently taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility for processing, as the Baltimore Police Department detailed in their statement.
