Early morning violence struck the 1300 block of Russell Street today, as authorities responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 1:02 a.m. Baltimore Police Department said they found a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds, who was quickly attended to by medics on the scene.
The unidentified man was hastily transported to a nearby hospital, where he was tragically pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The Baltimore Police Department's Homicide Detectives are actively investigating the incident, as stated in an official report released by the department.
