Under the afternoon sun of September 4, Baltimore Police's Southeast District Action Team served a warrant in the 200 block of North Luzerne Avenue, leading to the arrest of two males, 38 and 42 years of age. In the raid that unfolded around 2 p.m., detectives seized what they suspect to be 46 containers of cocaine and a handgun was added to the haul, according to Baltimore Police.
