
The Boston Police Department is reaching out to the community for assistance in an ongoing investigation regarding an aggravated assault incident inside a McDonald's restaurant in Roxbury. According to the BPD's community alert, the assault happened at approximately 3:45 p.m., on September 23, located at 301 Warren St. A suspect is said to have thrown a box of French fries at a victim.
The suspect, caught on the restaurant's surveillance footage wearing a black White Sox flat brimmed ball cap, and gray sneakers is described as a heavy-set black male, around 30 years old. Thrown by the suspect with a black Nike hooded sweatshirt and black shorts, detectives urge anyone with information about his identity to come forward.
Boston detectives are diligently reviewing the circumstances of the assault and have requested that individuals with any leads contact the District B-2 Detectives directly at (617) 343-4275.
