
The Boston Police Department is reaching out to the public for assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a breaking and entering case in Roxbury. According to a community alert issued by BPD, the incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. last Friday, on Millmont Street, where three bicycles were reported stolen.
Detectives from District B-2 are seeking information on a man described as Black or Hispanic, roughly 5’08” to 5’10” in height, with a thin build and hair in a ponytail. He was last seen wearing a dark brown hooded sweatshirt,, dark pants, black sneakers with white soles, and a white bicycle helmet. He is also known to frequent areas including 10 Roxbury Street, Island Street, Gerald Street, and Massachusetts Avenue.
The suspect was later spotted at approximately 3:59 a.m. near Melnea Cass Boulevard, and was seen moving from Dorchester Avenue by Preble Street toward Island Street and Reading Street. The Boston Police Department encourages anyone who can provide information regarding this individual to come forward and assist their ongoing investigation.
