The person they're looking to identify was last seen near 425 West Broadway, home to the Lincoln Tavern, where the altercation allegedly took place around 12:45 AM.
Authorities have released a description of the suspect: a male donning a light-colored t-shirt and a hat. In an initiative to gather more leads, the department has made a public appeal for anyone who might have information pertinent to the case.
