
A robbery incident involving multiple assailants in Brooklyn has triggered an investigation by the Northern District detectives. According to a press release from the Anne Arundel County Police Department, the occurrence, which took place on the evening of September 7, was reported after a 14-year-old male was assaulted and had his belongings stolen during what began as a one-on-one fight.
The incident unfolded around 8 p.m. on the 200 block of Hammonds Lane, where the teenager had arranged to confront an individual he knew. According to the police press release, the skirmish escalated when an additional 10 to 15 individuals joined the assault, overwhelming the victim. During this confrontation, his phone and shoes were taken by the assailants, who then fled in an undetermined direction. Despite the efforts of officers to scour the area soon after the response, the suspects were not located on the scene.
The police are actively seeking information from the public regarding this robbery and have urged anyone with insights to identify the perpetrators to step forward.
