Police have arrested Lee McGinnis, 24, and his partner, Destiny Jenkins, 23, on charges of criminal homicide and other related offenses as they await arraignment, as reported by WTAE.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's office confirmed Kimber's identity, while neighbors expressed their dismay at the violence penetrating their community. "So it's really sad to hear. I mean, this has been a pretty safe neighborhood since I moved in. I haven't experienced any issues like this.
