The City of Detroit can look forward to a spell of stable weather, offering respite to its citizens with a series of sunny days and clear nights. According to the National Weather Service, today's weather includes patchy fog in the early morning hours, giving way to mostly sunny skies and a high near 81 degrees. With a light breeze from the east-northeast, the rest of the day should provide pleasant conditions for outdoor activities.
Tonight, the city will once again see patchy fog after the 4 am hour, though most of the night will remain mostly clear with a low of around 61 degrees. For those planning their commutes, Thursday morning will mirror this pattern with fog expected to dissipate before 9 am, followed by continued sunny skies and a high of approximately 82 degrees. The evening will settle down to a temperate low, once again around 61 degrees, under mostly clear skies.
As the week progresses, the forecast anticipates consistent weather. Friday's outlook is mostly sunny with a high near 83, accompanied by calm winds that will gain some strength in the afternoon. The nighttime will bring partly clouds and a low of around 64 degrees.
Continuing into the weekend, Detroiters can expect much of the same with mostly sunny conditions and highs in the lower 80s, while evenings will be partly cloudy and the mercury dipping to the mid-60s. However, the weather may take a turn at the start of the new week, with Monday bringing a chance of showers and mostly cloudy skies, cooling down to a high near 76. Those odds remain through to Tuesday, potentially dampening the city with more showers and a high near 74 degrees.
