The Enid Police Department is on the lookout for a man accused of stealing a vehicle from a local dealership. The police have released a surveillance photo and are seeking the public's assistance to identify the suspect involved in the theft of a black 2023 Acadia, complete with 20-inch chrome wheels and conspicuously without a tag, as reported by KFOR. The incident, which unfolded on the morning of September 20, has prompted the police to ask anyone with information to come forward.
The suspect, captured on camera, made away with the vehicle last Friday morning, according to the Enid Police Department. They are now urging those who can identify the man, wondering from the local dealership with the Acadia in tow as shown in the image below, to contact them at (580) 242-7000, or to send a text to 847411 with the keyword EPDTIP, as noted in a Facebook post by the Enid Police Department.
In a similar appeal for public assistance, OKC FOX reports that the Enid Police Department is requesting anyone with information about the stolen vehicle or the identity of the suspect to reach out. They have made available the case number, 2024-07373, for reference when providing tips to authorities.
