The Fort Worth Police Department has reported a critical development in the investigation of a recent hit-and-run fatality. Last Saturday, a fatal crash occurred in the 2100 block of Jacksboro Hwy, beckoning authorities to sift through the evidentiary aftermath in a bid to administer justice. Following the incident, the police carried out an investigation that resulted in an arrest two days later, as disclosed by the Fort Worth Police Department.
On Monday, a suspect was taken into custody by FWPD. He has been identified as 25-year-old Jose Maximino Ramirez Olmedo, a Fort Worth resident. Olmedo faces the charge of an Accident involving Death and is currently being held in the Tarrant County Jail.
