As Schertz residents begin to slowly mark their calendars for community events again, the local Parks & Recreation Department is gearing up to host an informative session that's sure to pique the interest of outdoor enthusiasts and urban planners alike. The open house, scheduled for Monday, September 23, invites locals to council chambers from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. to discuss the latest updates concerning the town's green master plan.
The session aims to not only inform attendees but also to actively engage them in the future of Schertz's outdoor spaces. It's a chance to truly to get involved in the ongoing development of parks and recreational areas. According to the city's announcement, "attendees will learn about all of the exciting progress made on the plan and will have the opportunity to share feedback on what Schertz Parks and Recreation should look like in the future!"
